TB Vets, on behalf of donors like you, once again awarded bursaries for Respiratory Therapy education to eligible students of Thompson Rivers University (TRU).
Respiratory Therapists work in a high-risk environment where emergency cases are everyday occurrences. TB Vets is committed to ensuring that BC has the best respiratory professionals to help save patients struggling for breath, not just today but also for generations to come.
Bryana Thacker, one of the student awardees for 2016, shares its significance, “This award relieves a big portion of the financial burden and allows me to focus on completing the Respiratory Therapy program. I am most looking forward to helping better the lives of others and support patients and their families in their time of need.“
