Join TB Vets and Poplar Pulmonary for our weekly Community Walk Club! Whether you are looking to build endurance, connect with others, or simply enjoy fresh air, our walks are designed for all mobility and fitness levels. Move at your own pace in a welcoming, supportive environment.

• Key Details 

  • When: Every Monday, 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM (Starting September 14, 2026)

  • Where: Trout Lake Community Centre (Meet in the main lobby)

  • Route & Pace: Contained within the scenic grounds surrounding TLCC — walk at whatever pace feels comfortable for you.

  • Accessibility: Stroller and pet friendly! (Note: Participants must provide their own assistive devices or walkers).

  • Virtual Option: Can’t make it in person? A virtual participation option is available — more details coming soon!
